A physician can use Referalink to create an order or referral and send it along with clinical information to any other healthcare provider, optain an authorization, track the patient appointment status and the resulting consult report:
- Use Referalink to track patients between your Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partners
- Web portals for ordering provider, specialist and authorizating insurer or ACO
- An ordering or referring provider enters all orders and referrals in a single place to any provider for any healthplan.
- Our referral coordinators will obtain precerfication or authorization and communicate with referred-to provider.
- Our Patient Call Center will call your patients to determine if they have complied with physician order(s) by making an appointment with specialist.
