true control of orders and referrals to ACO partners... or any other provider

Referring providers use Referalink to generate, communicate and manage orders and referrals. This on-line system captures the information necessary for ACO or health plan authorization, obtains authorization when appropriate, provides specialist with clinical documentation including a secure messaging system and tracks patient appointment compliance. In short ordering providers use Referalink to communicate with any specialist, any healthplan, and patient.

Specialists, including labs and hospitals, receive patient information prior to appointment to initate appointment scheduling. The referring provider can monitor appointment status with specialist and is alerted when patient fails to make an appointment, is a no-show, or when the consult report is late. Tests and discharge documentation from any specialist providers are automatically linked back to order or referral.

As referring providers cut back on patient referrals they will also need to closely monitor compliance on the referrals that are handed out. If your patient has not made a specialist appoinment after 3-4 weeks then Referalink's Patient Call Center will call your patient. This call is made by a real person living in the USA who can talk with your patient just like your office would. We call this a referral reminder and 95% of patients are pleased that their referring provider has made an effort to follow-up with them.

generate revenue. avoid risk.

As a Specialist, OP lab or hospital ReferaLink makes it effortless for referring practitioners to refer into your system and helps them save time in the process. You may even send the consult report to Referalink screen to be matched back to the orginal order or referral. No more “lost report” complaints.

Events such as “no-show” immediately produce an alert for action and the Referalink record remains active until the report is acknowledged or closed by the referring physician. If you currently refer in-house, and cannot assure that every patient is actually seen and their reports reviewed, you are likely at significant risk. According to national malpractice insurers, “falling-through-the-cracks” is healthcare’s top, preventable, malpractice area.

no technology hurdles.
