Joe is the founder and former President of Genesis Software Designers. He has technical expertise in database design, messaging applications and graphics, and a solid base of experience in healthcare and insurance systems implementation. Before forming Genesis, he held positions at Andersen Consulting, and also served as software engineering director at two companies in Atlanta. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Joe holds an MBA degree from Boston University.
